It’s been a while since I contacted you, but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the studio training day with you at the studio.
As you know, my move to New Zealand is underway, and I am confident the valuable advice and techniques you demonstrated will stand me in good stead when my own studio is open for business in NZ.

Dear Brian,
Just wanted to drop you a line to say how great the training day in your studio was that I attended recently. Even though I've enjoyed photography for many years I still counted myself as a 'studio novice' and was a little nervous about handling lights and relating to models etc...but I shouldn't have been, as your relaxed and supportive style quickly put me at ease and really made the whole day a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Have to say that I learn't loads about both studio lighting and post processing, and can honestly say that it has improved the standard of my studio work significantly. Also, please say a big thanks to Jackie - a more patient, helpful and understanding model can't be found anywhere.

Dear Brian and Jackie
I am just writing to thank you for the fantastic day of training that I spent with you, I went home buzzing with ideas and eager to get myself a beauty dish! Brian you are patient and explain things in a simple no nonsense manner making it easy to reproduce the skills learnt once away form the studio. I have to say that I feel that my photography has made a huge leap in quality since my visit to you. Not forgetting the hospitality of the lovely Jackie, who else could pose and make such a lovely cuppa coffee all in the same breath!
I wish you luck with future days and hope that you will consider doing something more advanced when I am no longer a noobie.

I attended a studio training day with Brian from Passion Studio's a few months ago. It was a thoroughly worthwhile day. Brian has a no-nonsense, straight-forward approach that makes the whole idea of doing a studio photography shoot a lot less daunting. For me it demystified studio lighting and photography and post-production in Photoshop, making it seem a lot more straightforward than I'd thought to produce some stunning results. The studio is very well equipped, and a delight to work in.
Of course, photographic excellence comes with practise and experience, but doing a training day at Brian's studio will help me to avoid some of the many pitfalls I would otherwise encounter and mistakes I would make, If I attempted studio photography on my own. I am considering going back for another training day to brush up on the techniques learned in the last training day.

I did a one-day course with Brian - lighting and Photoshop techniques. Brian is an excellent teacher, very thorough, very entertaining, and above all he really does know his stuff.
